How do you get the keys?
Lockbox, keypad code, or a dock-box key. We use what you already have and never keep a copy.
What about pet hair?
We handle it. Pet stays add a demo $35 for the extra vacuum and lint pass.
Can you take a last-minute flip?
Often, yes. Text the checkout time and the arrival time and we will tell you straight away if the window works.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
We bring our own cleaning supplies. Guest supplies like paper goods and soap are the restock add-on.
What does the photo proof include?
Kitchen, baths, beds and the main room, texted to you before we leave the driveway. No app or portal.
Do you clean boats, grills, or hot tubs?
We wipe down grills and hot tub covers on request. We do not clean boats or docks.
Which towns do you cover?
Monticello, Jamestown, Burnside, Somerset, and Russell Springs.
